Qualification
According to Section 391.11 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), drivers must meet specific minimum qualifications to be eligible to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV).
RHXpress Driver Requirements
To qualify as a professional driver with RHXpress, you must:
Be at least 21 years old
Be able to read and speak English fluently to communicate, understand traffic signs, complete forms, and respond to official inquiries
Have the training or experience necessary to safely operate the equipment assigned
Meet all DOT physical qualification standards
Successfully pass a certified Driver’s Road Test
Provide a record of any traffic violations from the past 12 months
Not be disqualified from operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV)
Hold a valid driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle class
